The 6th International Conference on Systematic Innovation (ICSI) & the 5th Global Competition/Exhibition on Systematic Innovation will publicize theoretical and technological advances in Systematic Innovation (SI), which include systematic strategic, managerial, or technical innovations. The conference will contain plenary speeches/tutorials by world renowned SI researchers/practitioners and parallel technical sessions. ICSI has attracted most relevant and quality papers among those presented at all conferences on SI/TRIZ/CAI related fields, and both research papers and applied case studies are welcome. The venue of the 2015 conference will be at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, and the official language of the conference is English. The Conference offers a free one-day tour of Hong Kong to first 40 registered international participants on July 14th, 2015.
Authors of Selected papers of ICSI/GCSI will be invited to submit extended versions of full paper for review and potential publication in special issues of Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing (SCI indexed) or the International Journal of Systematic Innovation.
CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS
Authors are encouraged to organize special sessions in the topics relevant to the Conference. Interested session organizers are requested to submit proposals, which should include the title for the session, titles of the presentations, and a list of participating authors and their affiliations, to the Conference Committee at icsi2015@systematic-innovation.org.
GCSI PROJECT COMPETITION/EXHIBITION
A concurrent event, the 5th Global Competition/Exhibition on Systematic Innovation (GCSI), will hold its final round of project competition in one of the special sessions of the ICSI conference. The goals of this GCSI exhibition are to promote systematic innovation/TRIZ and help the dissemination of innovation results. This competition is the only innovation competition in the world that evaluates not only the results but also the innovation processes that generated the results. Multiple Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze medals and certificates will be awarded. First place winner award is USD 3,000, platinum medal, and a certificate. Up to USD 8,000 total awards are available. ICSI participants can attend the project presentations and demonstrations free of charge. The registration fee USD 250 for each project and it is required for participation in this competition. - To assist us in arranging your presentation in an appropriate session, please identify one of the above categories (tracks) that best fits your paper.
- Submit a one-page abstract which includes contributions and main ideas in sufficient detail for preliminary evaluation.
- The ICSI conference accepts a full paper, a presentation file, or both as final submission. Full papers should be in WORD format, and presentation files in Power Point format.
- Only full-paper submitted will be committee-evaluated for outstanding paper awards. Only papers presented in person will be evaluated for excellent paper awards.
